            Monday September 12^th the Tigers traveled to the Antelope Country Club for the Neligh-Oakdale Invite.  At the end of the meet Osmond collected many medals and the Championship plaque.

            The boy’s race was won by Raden Orton of North Central in a very fast time of 16:45.  Osmond ran in a pack with Robert Aschoff  the fastest Tiger placing 5^th in 18:20 with Dominic True on his heels in 6^th with a time of 18:21.  Gavin Geneski was next in 7^th place clocked at 18:43 with Karter Johnson next in 9^th place in a time of 18:52 and Caleb Miller right behind him in 10^th place in 18:57.  Matthew Alderson came in 12^th place in 19:22.  Hudson Schultze came in 22^nd in a time of 20:47 and Noah Geneski 24^th in 20:53.  Jack Berg came in at 38^th place clocked at 23:14.

            “The guys really ran tough, working hard and pushing each other,” praised Coach Joe Ortmeier, “It was a great win for the team.”

            The girl’s race was won by Angela Frick from North Central in a nice time of 20:52.  Keli Aschoff had a good race finishing 11^th in a time of 23:40 in the field of 32 runners. 

            In the junior high boys race Mason True was fifth in a time of 19:11 and Donovan Heiman was 6^th in 19:13. 

            “We ran well at all levels” Coach Ortmeier noted, “Proud of everyone!”
