Osmond Community School

 

Purpose

The purpose of Osmond Community School District 42R is to:

“Provide all students a quality education, with a focus on character, academics, and extra-curriculars, empowering them to be critical thinkers and productive citizens in a dynamic society.”

 

Vision

Osmond Community Schools provides opportunities for all students to engage in a rigorous and relevant standards-based instructional program.  Through collaborative leadership, we analyze stakeholder input and multiple sources of data to drive decision making, establish goals, and implement action plans that affect school-wide improvement.  Our staff is dedicated to promoting high achievement for all students through:

  1. Curriculum and instruction that employs best practices and teaching strategies to maximize student proficiency while supporting professional development, staff collaborations, and partnerships. 
  2. Infrastructure and technology that supports learning.
  3. Interventions which are timely, systematic, and effective.
  4. Extra-curricular opportunities that enrich the academic experience for all students.
