WWO Wrestlers head to Randolph

W.W.O. Wrestlers Compete at Randolph

     Eight members of the WWO wrestling club competed at Randolph on Friday, March 9.  The Tigers finished with two 1^st place medals, four 2^nd place medals, and two 4^th place medals.  Finishing first for Osmond were Gage Krienert, and Dominic True.  Finishing in second place were Aiden Stech, Kaleb Gardner, Knox Koehler, and Robert Aschoff.  Finishing in 4^th place was Toby Koehler and Mason True.

     Once again I thought that all the kids wrestled well. Dominic finished in first place for the third tournament in a row.  Gage beat an opponent twice who he had lost to previously to finish in first place.  Aiden Stech, Kaleb Gardner, Knox Koehler, and Robert Aschoff all wrestled well to finish in 2^nd place.  Toby Koehler and Mason True both wrestled well and finished in 4^th place.  I was really impressed with how the kids wrestled this week.  I didn’t have any practices this week because of the snow days but the kids still came out and wrestled hard and did a great job.

Pierce Tournament Results

     The Osmond WWO wrestling club had six wrestlers compete at the Pierce meet on Sunday, March 4^th.  Finishing in second place for Osmond was Alex Vinson.   Michael Vinson, Caleb Vinson, and Robert Aschoff all finished in 3^rd place for Osmond while Kaleb Gardner and Jaxon Vinson finished in 4^th place.   This was a tough tournament with good competition and all the kids wrestled well.  This tournament is good experience for all the wrestlers.
